...Me In a Nutshell

Hello! My name is Michelle and I design interactive and participatory projects that socially engage an audience through thoughtfully silly and provoking encounters. Through a multidisciplinary approach, I construct narratives and performance to explore how design can be used to create new languages for social impact.
Materiality is used as my entry point into gritty concepts to craft tools for conversation. Through an iterative and experimental process, I co-create tactile projects to stimulate unexpected and engaging interactions. Writing, performance and making are all entwined facets of my practise that together allow for a playful probing of our material and social environment.
Currently a student at Goldsmiths University, i'm always looking for new people to collaborate with, so if you like the main course please stay for dessert!
