The Studio Project
We found ourselves on a desolate strip of walkway between the Vauxhall MI6 building and a construction site.  It was here, on the barren and bleak doorstep of the SIS, that ‘Fence and Fence' Gallery premiered their first exhibition 'Pseudo Spaces'. The render ghosts, brought to life alongside their 2D representations, aimed to subvert the public space in response to the increasing privitisation of land throughout London. The images simulate and become the facade of 'public freedom of use', reshifting the power possesion of public ownership.

The Balenciaga Project
But the project was reopened months later when Balenciaga, having seen the photos online, requested access and collaboration for their winter19 campaign. With 3 weeks’ notice we redesigned the concept and built the props ready to shoot back in the original location. The desolate strip of walkway was now transformed into a large-scale photography set, buzzing with atmosphere and excitement.
